how it works

Toronto Boathouse is a 24 hr security monitored boat storage facility. 

There are 2 types of storage in our facility.

External Storage - your vessel is stored on a rack in our boat yard, which has security cameras, night time lighting and is fully fenced.

Internal Storage - your vessel is stored on a rack in our boat shed, which has security cameras, night time lighting and is fully enclosed.

To request a movement of your vessel to the water, a trailer and/or a service stand all you need do is log into our Boat Cloud Marina Portal, pick the time and the location and we do the rest.

When you return we will lift the boat back into the stack after flushing the motor and rinsing the boat.

Various items can be ordered through the app like ice, bait and drinks for your day out and we will have your boat in the water ready for you to enjoy the day.

Toronto Boathouse can re-fuel your boat if you choose to opt in on the 2 days a week we offer the service. Clients cannot re-fuel their own craft in the facilty grounds or on the wharf, as part of our DA conditions and our insurance policies.

If you return after our normal operating hours there is 24hr access to toilet and locker facilities through key coded gates and doors. Tie your vessel at the dock and we will move it to the stack the following day. 

In case you don't get to use your boat as much as you would like, we provide a maintenance plan to make sure your boat will be ready to run with you when you're ready. Ask us about it and we can tailor the program to your usage.

If you don't want to we can also organise work to be done to your boat if required. Conveniently, we are located in a centre that has 2 marine mechanics, 1 upholster/covers-clears and 2 shipwrights, all within 500 metres of our facility.

You can also use your own trades - we just need notice that they will need access to your vessel so we can transfer it to the service stand. Boat Cloud Stack Track

Our facility runs Boat Cloud Marina Software Stack Track.

   StackTrack is a dynamic web application that enables boat owners to schedule their own drystack launches and reserve additional valet and concierge services from an online resource... StackTrack provides a convenient interface for the marina to successfully manage and fulfill all reservations, whether booked by a customer or entered in-house. We improve upon the current process of making launch reservations by phone with an intuitive cloud-based SaaS application that functions from any web-enabled PC, Tablet or Mobile Phone.

Stack Track makes launch reservations convenient while making all parties more accountable to the wants, needs and desires of the drystack customer. These are real-time, confirmed reservations that give the customer more assurance of an accurate and timely launch experience.  StackTrack allows the marina to accept reservations 24/7 - with no risk of over-booking. The marina dashboard accurately tracks and manages all reservations to ensure timely fulfillment.
